Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any Blub Blub Studios LLC application (including Story Slider), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications.

License Grant

Blub Blub Studios LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Service and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You May:

• Download and use the app on devices you own or control
• Use the app for educational purposes
• Share the app with family members through Apple Family Sharing

You May Not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the app
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the app for commercial purposes
• Share your copy of the app outside of authorized Apple services
• Attempt to extract source code or assets from the app

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Blub Blub Studios applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by Blub Blub Studios LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Educational Use

Our applications are designed for educational purposes. While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, we make no guarantees about specific learning outcomes. The effectiveness of any educational tool depends on many factors including consistent use and individual learner differences.

App Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our applications at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.

Updates and Changes

We may update our applications from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Some updates may be required to continue using the app. We may also change these Terms of Service and will notify users of material changes through the App Store or within the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blub Blub Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the app
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code
• Any errors or omissions in content

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms of Service shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
